I'm not so hot on the Daldry bit either. But I do like your miniseries idea! If it has to be filmed at all, the miniseries is at least a literary enough form to contain the story. But I do wish that some writer, somewhere, would resist the pressure to make his books into films. Daldry still depresses me a little.

i just picked up batman year 100 book 3 today. it's been fantastic and extremely beautiful and interesting. i highly recommend it. 100% is also a great bit of futuristic noir fiction. i have not picked up heavy liquid yet, but i can't wait to read that one either.
